Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be sent by mail.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be new, unopened, and unused
- Be in the same condition as delivered
- Include original packaging with all tags attached
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. The item must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Return Process
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:
- Email us at with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with approval and instructions (RMA).
- After approval, ship your item using a trackable service to the address that will be provided to you.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
